Orchestra’s “Day of Music” is a glorious success

On Saturday evening, July 16, 2022, the Minnesota Orchestra teamed up with City of Bells to ring tower bells in downtown Minneapolis during the orchestra’s presentation of Mussorgsky’s “Great Gate of Kiev.” Here is a video of the last 3 minutes of that concert that feature the bells. The bells begin ringing at about 1:15 and then continue after the orchestra concludes.
